2019

Cashier At Shoppers Drug Mart

I took a gap year after graduating high school in 2018. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my life so I worked full-time as a cashier. Customer service was difficult.

2019

Art Instructor Assistant at The Design Exchange & Artbarn School

Teaching art to children taught me a lot about what it meant to grow into an adult. I was 17, and for the first time, I was the responsible adult for children. When you are responsible for children you must remain confident and assertive in yourself so that everyone around you feel safe.

2017-2018

Mathematics Tutor

This was my first job. I enjoyed tutoring very much and to this day I still love mathematics! My favourite branch of mathematics is linear algebra with all the matrices.
