Sometimes, it's hard to see our own strengths. We go through life's challenges, focusing on getting through each day, without fully realizing just how much we've grown along the way. Recently, I came across a LinkedIn post that inspired me to reflect on this. It asked the question: "What is something you can tell me about myself that I may not currently know?" The answer surprised me and brought to light something I hadn't fully acknowledged—my resilience.
This response resonated deeply with me because, in the middle of life's ups and downs, we often forget to take a step back and appreciate how far we've come. Resilience isn't just about surviving the challenges—it's about thriving through them and becoming better on the other side. While it may not always be easy to see in the moment, knowing that I've developed this strength fills me with gratitude.

This blog post was inspired by a LinkedIn post shared by Stephanie McDermott, where she asked a similar question using ChatGPT. Her post encouraged me to reflect on what I may not currently recognise about myself, and this reflection has been deeply eye-opening. Thank you, Stephanie, for sparking this introspection!
